1. Delivery and Shipping
1.1 What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times are five working days after dispatch, excluding customs delays.
1.2 What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are free worldwide.
1.3 How do I track the delivery of my order?
You can track your delivery using the tracking number sent by email when your order is shipped.
1.4 What are the customs fees?
There are no customs fees within the European Union.
For all international orders, the total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties and taxes. We guarantee no additional charges upon delivery.
2. Returns and exchanges
2.1 How do returns work?
You have 14 days to return your order. Jewelry must be intact and unworn. Upon receipt, it will be examined by our workshop. If damage is found, a deduction corresponding to the cost of the repair will be applied to your refund.
2.2 How can I cancel my order?
Send an email to contact@agateperido.com with your order number. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must request a return upon receipt.
2.3 Can I make an exchange?
We accept size exchanges for items purchased online, subject to availability and in accordance with our return policy.
Purchases made on our website cannot be exchanged in-store; all exchange requests must be processed through our customer service team.
2.4 What I received does not match my order. What can I do?
Please email contact@agateperido.com with your order number and the issue you're experiencing. Feel free to attach photos if necessary.
3. Packaging
3.1 In what packaging do I receive my order?
Each order is prepared with the utmost care. All our creations are delicately packaged in a jewelry box accompanied by a suede cloth.
3.2 Is it possible to have gift wrapping?
All Agate Perido creations are packaged in a jewelry box for gift giving. Other packaging is not available.
3.3 Can I include a note with my order?
No, it is not possible to include a password in your order.
4. Payment
4.1 What are the payment methods?
You can pay for your purchases by credit card or bank card, via your account

4.2 I can't make the payment, what should I do?

5. Care Instructions
5.1 How do I take care of my jewelry?
To preserve the full shine of vermeil and avoid damage, it’s essential to keep your jewelry away from any source of heat or humidity—particularly water and sweat. Your vermeil jewelry should be stored in a light, cool, and dry place. To prevent the natural process of oxidation, we recommend wearing your jewelry as often as possible and not storing it in a closed box for long periods.
5.2 What is vermeil?
Vermeil is a precious metal coated with gold. The main difference between vermeil and gold-plated jewelry is that vermeil has a base of silver, whereas gold-plated pieces can be made from a variety of metals (or even plastic). This makes vermeil more valuable. The sterling silver used must be at least 925 parts per thousand (92.5%).
5.3 Why is my vermeil jewelry tarnishing?
Vermeil is a natural precious material that evolves over time, and it may oxidize slightly with use—this is completely normal. However, its original shine can be restored.
5.4 My jewelry leaves marks on my skin, what should I do?
Vermeil is a living material that can react with your skin’s pH. If you notice marks on your skin, we recommend cleaning your jewelry with the cleaning cloth provided in your box. If the issue persists, feel free to contact our customer service at contact@agateperido.com.
5.5 Can I swim with my vermeil jewelry?
To prevent premature tarnishing of your vermeil jewelry, we highly recommend avoiding contact with chlorinated or salty water.
5.6 How do I clean my jewelry?
With your purchase, a specific cleaning cloth is included in the box. Feel free to use it to clean your jewelry. Never use chemical products such as dish soap or makeup removers, and avoid wiping with any random fabric. We recommend using a microfiber cloth to gently wipe your jewelry and remove any oxidation.
5.7 How do I care for the stones?
Agate Perido jewelry features natural gemstones sourced from around the world. These stones are delicate—avoid dropping or knocking them against hard surfaces. They can be gently cleaned with clear water only, without any added products.

6. Size guide
6.1 I can't find my size, is it possible to order it?
Our vermeil and silver line of rings cannot be ordered in a specific size. Most of our rings are available in sizes 49 to 57. However, our rings can be ordered in any size. Delivery times are one month, subject to a 30% deposit. If your item is unavailable, please add your name to our waiting list directly on our e-shop. You will be automatically contacted as soon as the item is back in stock.
6.2 The piece of jewelry I am interested in is out of stock on the site, how do I order it?
If the piece of jewelry is not available online, please feel free to join our waiting list directly on our e-shop. You will be automatically contacted as soon as the item is back in stock.
6.3 How to choose the right ring size?
